Subscribers in good standing with their subscription fees are eligible to receive transparent, subscriber-only discounts from the normal retail fees at participating offices. - Additional 10% off crowns and implants when paid in full cash, check or debit/credit card (without financing)
- 35% discount on dentures and partials
- 5% off orthodontic services
